Yong Sheng Engineering Construction Pte Ltd is a leading underground utilities infrastructure service provider in Singapore. The company specializes in underground pipes, cables and road works (eg. Underground infrastructure construction, maintenance & GPS survey works).
The company was started by both directors Mr Chai Kim Yong and Mr Choo Wei Kheong in 2015. Since then, the company has grown substantially while enhancing its capabilities and establishing its track record to be a leading underground utilities infrastructure service provider in Singapore. The company bids for public projects as well as maintenance contracts.
Our clients include both public and private sector organizations. Public sector clients include Public Utilities Board, SP Group, SingTel, NetLink Trust, and StarHub. Private organization includes BlueTel Networks Pte Ltd.
The company has been agile in adapting to changes to prevail over the challenges to attain its business goals. Our strategy is to develop our resilience by improving our strengths in our core competencies and at the same time, by growing our presence in other revenue-generating sectors. Our capabilities and position as a leading player in the public sector have been well recognized in Singapore.
Yong Sheng Engineering Construction Pte Ltd. is L5 Grade Cable / Pipe Laying & Road Reinstatement contractors and C3 Grade Civil Engineering under the Building and Construction Authority’s Contractors’ Registry, which permit us to tender for public sector construction projects. The company has also been recognized and attainted both Bizsafe Star and OHSAS 45001.
